▪️For the Sausage Gravy:
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
✅Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

- Roll or pat the dough to about 1-inch thickness and cut out biscuits.
- Place the biscuits on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the biscuits bake, cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles.
- Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir for 1–2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and cook, stirring constantly, until the gravy thickens.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Split the warm biscuits in half and generously spoon the sausage gravy over the top.
