Stuffed Cabbage Rolls 🥬🍅Ingredients:• 1 large head green cabbage• 1 lb ground beef• ½ lb ground pork• 1 cup cooked white rice• 1 small onion, finely chopped• 2 cloves garlic, minced• 1 large egg• 1 tsp salt• ½ tsp black pepper• 1 tsp paprika• 1 tsp Italian seasoningFor the Sauce:• 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce• 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes• 1 tbsp brown sugar• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce• ½ tsp garlic powder• ½ tsp salt• ¼ tsp black pepperMethod:1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove the cabbage leaves one at a time and boil for 2–3 minutes, until softened. Drain and set aside.2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, cooked rice, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.3. Place about 2–3 tablespoons of the meat mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form cabbage rolls.4. In a bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.5. Spread a little sauce in the bottom of a large baking dish. Arrange the cabbage rolls seam-side down and pour the remaining sauce over the top.6. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1½–2 hours, until the cabbage is tender and the filling is cooked through. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
